Happy Easter!

I wanted to share my excitement for this great Easter Holiday! I am so grateful to my Savior, Jesus Christ, who lived and died for me and all of us. I am so grateful for His ultimate sacrifice that I may live with Him again. I will be resurrected one day and live with my family forever. I am extra excited to share this holiday with all of my fabulous in-laws who are coming to my home for Easter dinner and festivities!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAN!!!

Here's to an amazing, awesome, terrific, sweet husband and father! We love you Dan.

He is 32 today, and yes sadly he doesn't even know his birth story! It is tradition that the night before the kids birthdays we tell their birth story, and Dan has no idea how he got here...really.

So we can make one up for him I guess.

The girls really see him as their King, and love wrestling with him any time they can. He is so funny with them. And they love dancing around while he jams on his guitar!

One of my most favorite memories of Dan and Cohen is when Cohen was just a few weeks old and the two of them were sitting on the couch watching the Super Bowl. It was only for the fact that now Dan can share that special random bond with someone in the family!

I'm blogging again!!

These first few are of Cohen at 6 months. He still looks the same with those big eyes, they have just started to change green instead of blue.

This is why I wake up every morning, to these 3 beautiful kids. I am so grateful to have been blessed to be there mom. I learn so much from them, like forgiveness, love, laughter, and patience!

Yeah for little boys!

So it really seems like yesterday that we brought Cohen home from the hospital, but he is now 8 months and standing on his own and walking all around furniture! Wow. But every moment with him has been awesome. He could not be in better hands with his big sisters, they are serious mothers to him. ANY time he has a fall they are both right by his side to smother him with hugs and kisses. He is getting more and more blond and is such a pretty boy. I hope I can say that about him but seriously he is Adorable. And now he has a brand new boy cousin on Dan's side. My sister-in-law Genet had her 4th (who was a miracle by the way). He was born on 9/19/09 7lbs, 12oz. Paxton Beckett Friess. So cute and tiny he makes Cohen seem like a giant...oh wait he is. He is bigger than Paxton's big sister who is 19 months. Congrats to you Genet. I can't wait for the little guys to play.
